Hi, I am Eve

Eve Rieck is a pseudonym. I would like to say I chose another name so no one would ever learn about my past, which would be a lie. In truth, I took a pseudonym in honor of one important person in my life and also, I though it would be fun to choose my own name. (And it has been.).

Who am I?

I write stories and absolutely love it and hope to be able to do this forever. I am a pet lover, poet, traveler, artist based in Guatemala. Being an author I have published two children books and I´m broadening my scope into fiction 🙂

Growing up in Guatemala City, I have always created things out of nothing and seen beauty where others did not. This is one of the many reasons I have invested my time in creating stories that children, parents, youths and adults will enjoy. Opening doors where there where none and creating windows that overlook an infinite sky.

People often ask me, where my ideas come from, there is no specific reason, I guess I just take in my day to day activities, feelings and places I have been and then… I sit down to create what I think will inspire the world as it has inspired me.
